In the summer of 1940 this country was on the cusp of being invaded by fascism. Now, three days to the day that Battle of Britain started, a fascist, or someone very close to becoming one, will once again knock at our door.
This man's contempt for the rule of law, his description of anything he disagrees as false, his wanting to block people entering his country based on where they live and who they worship, his content for the press, his mocking of the disabled, his retweeting of far-right groups banned by the police for inciting hatred, his literal endorsement of Neo-Nazis may not make him a Nazi but it puts him very close.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. This man is hell-bent on killing our species. He pulled out of the Paris climate agreement, he has successfully hacked off almost every country on this Earth, he came very close to bombing North Korea (he may still if the upcoming talks go badly), he's obsessed with destroying the Iran deal, he just appointed John Bolton - a war-hawk who was instrumental in lying to everyone about WMDs in Iraq so America and Britain could go and fight there and a man who has recently spoken in favour of bombing both North Korea and Iran, he's allegedly argued for more nuclear weapons, he's said more countries should develop nuclear weapons, he has more or less single-handedly moved the Doomsday Clock a full minute closer to Midnight (the extinction of humanity), making it the closest it's ever been to our destruction, basically the fact we're still alive a year into his presidency is a miracle.
Add to this his sexism, his Orwellian contradictions, his temperament and his childish "diplomacy" over Twitter and it is clear that he isn't fit to look after a pet rock let alone hold the presidency of the United States.
Humanity is on the verge of collapse. We need to make a stand, as we did before. Let's make our voices heard before and during July 13th. Trump is not welcome on our shores.
